This New Year, why not get more active, be more creative and meet some lovely new people?
Over 8 sessions we’ll be learning and singing nature-themed folk songs and exploring the park together, using it as our inspiration for creating our own song lyrics and fun poems. You definitely do NOT need to be a “good” singer or be able to read music to take part… You just need a curious mind and a big warm coat!
The Nature Songs project is funded by “Connecting Actively to Nature”, which means it is totally free for anyone who is over 55 and wanting to become a bit more physically active. But you can bring a younger or maybe a more active friend along if you like, free of charge, so long as they register with you!
We’ll be meeting at 11am on Saturday mornings in Bury Meadow Park, Exeter, with our first session in January 2022.
