Refunds & Returns Policy

This policy applies to the sale of physical CDs only and is written in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your CD, provided the CD remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of notifying us. You are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Once a CD has been unsealed, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If your CD arrives damaged, is faulty or unplayable, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

You are entitled to a replacement CD or a full refund if a replacement is unavailable. We may request photos of the item and packaging to help process the issue efficiently.

Return postage for faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, or proof of return is provided, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the delivery service and resolve the issue fairly.
